The 129 acres in the Cape includes 154 lots and was first developed in the 1960's. Neighbors enjoy potlucks, activities and get-togethers year-round.
Cape owners and residents enjoy a large outdoor swimming pool that is heated throughout the summer and a community center that doubles as a firehall and houses two fire engines. A marina on Fish Creek, off of Griffin Bay, provides for approximately 40 boats of various sizes, including guest slips. There are also two picnic areas, one near the community center and one near the marina, several small greenbelt areas and a lovely community beach.
